1. Can I cancel my order?
We'd rather not lose your order, but we can cancel it before it ships. Once it's shipped, you'll need to receive it and then initiate a return. It may incur a 20% restocking fee.

Our standard delivery time for retailers or dealers is typically 2-3 business days locally.

We offer product samples; however, please be aware that there is a fee associated with obtaining samples.

Our payment methods include cash, credit card, or check upon the receipt of our merchandise. For substantial orders, we are open to a more detailed discussion of payment arrangements.

7. What is the recommended height for wall-hanging vanities?
Typically, it's best to install them with the bottom of the vanity 12" to 15" above the floor.
